133 Entries put up the $50 buy-in to create a $6,000 prizepool for Event 5 Turbo. By the time the dust settled, MIKEY41414 had distanced himself from the field and became the latest player to earn the right to call himself DOCOFS Champion. Along with the title he also earned a custom avatar and Main Event seat. The new winner admitted to his frantic iPhone purchase in the DraftDay chat, just minutes after his big comeback. But it was no easy feat.
Fresh off his DOCOFS Event 3 victory, Jardine91 spent much of the afternoon well-positioned to become the first-ever multiple DOCOFS Winner. Behind strong performances from the New York Mets, his 50 point total would be plenty, were it not for the late game heroics of the Rangers.
MIKEY41414 now finds himself thrust into the middle of the Player of the Series race. With only 3 Events remaining, every point is becoming more and more crucial.
